Clients who have paid for TheoSym AI platform services may request a refund in accordance with the eligibility criteria outlined herein.
Refund requests will only be considered when clients fully comply with the eligibility criteria. TheoSym reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

TheoMax Platform Subscriptions
- 30-day refund window for new subscriptions
- Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods
- No refunds for usage-based consumption
Custom AI Development
- Refunds available before development begins
- Partial refunds for cancelled projects (minus completed work)
- No refunds for completed deliverables
Consultation Services
- Refunds available 24 hours before scheduled consultation
- No refunds for completed consultation sessions
- Rescheduling available with 48-hour notice
3. Processing Times
TheoSym will process refund requests within 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Complex refund cases involving custom development or enterprise services may require additional review time.
4. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Services used beyond the trial or evaluation period
- Custom training data or proprietary model implementations
- Third-party licensing fees or infrastructure costs
- Requests made after 60 days from service completion
