Why TheoSym, not a freelancer or a Big 4?
We build and operate AI systems across agents, knowledge workflows, regulated compliance, publishing, and research-backed decision infrastructure. We know where AI breaks in production because we own the delivery path.

How much does an engagement cost? +
Every engagement is scoped per project after a 15-minute call. The price depends on what we build, what it connects to and how long you need us. You get the scope and price in writing before any work starts.
How long does it take? +
It depends on the scope. A strategy sprint is short; a production build takes longer, and we agree the start date and milestones in the scope. Weekly Coding with AI runs once a week.
How do you handle our data? +
We only connect the systems a build needs and keep access as narrow as the job allows. We can work under your CDA, NDA, DPA or BAA; send it over before the scoping call. Private and self-hosted deployments are an option for regulated teams.
Do we own the code? +
Yes. Custom build engagements include IP assignment of the code we write for you. White-label licensing is a separate track with its own terms.
Can you work with our existing team? +
Yes, and we prefer to. We build with your team, not for them, so your engineers keep the skills after the engagement ends.
What tech stack do you work in? +
Python, TypeScript, LLM orchestration (LangGraph or custom), vector stores (Postgres/pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant), MCP tool servers, and evals from day one. We deploy on AWS, GCP, Azure, Cloudflare or on-prem.
Do you handle regulated data (HIPAA / GxP / SOX)? +
For GMP, pharma and lab teams, TheoSym offers ChatGMP, DeepGMP and LIMS AI, and supports implementation, training and architecture around those workflows. Lab testing and inspection is done by Aurora TIC, a separate company.
