Inquiry data submitted through TheoSym forms is used to evaluate and respond to consulting, training, community, and partnership requests. Client data is handled under the applicable contract and data protection terms.
Security
Production AI work is scoped with role-based access, audit logging, environment separation, evaluation records, and deployment controls appropriate to the client environment.
Engagement Terms
Strategy sprints, AI builds, training cohorts, and white-label/platform work are subject to written agreements. Custom AI build engagements can include full IP handover when specified in the signed statement of work.
