Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TheoSym ("we", "us") collects when you use theosym.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. TheoSym is a small AI company based at 5820 Oberlin Dr Ste 108, San Diego, CA 92121, United States. Questions go to consulting@theosym.com.

What we collect

What you type into our forms. Your name and email (required), and optionally your phone, company and message. We also record the page you sent it from and any UTM campaign tags in that page's URL, so we know which page brought you.
Booking details. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf, and sends both of us the invite.
Aggregate usage data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it counts page views and performance without setting cookies or building a profile of you. We also count clicks on our booking buttons and form submissions as anonymous events.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

To reply to your message and to prepare for a call you booked.
To send you one confirmation email that we received your message.
To understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who processes it for us

Supabase stores form submissions in our database.
Resend delivers the confirmation email and the internal notification.
Google runs the booking calendar and Google Meet, and serves the web fonts on this site.
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
Elfsight provides the website translator widget. If you use it, Elfsight processes the request under its own policy.

Each provider handles the data only to deliver its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as we are talking with you and for a reasonable period afterward, so we have the history if you come back. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email consulting@theosym.com from the address you used and we will act on it promptly, and within 45 days at most. California residents can make these requests under California law; we will not treat you differently for making one.

Client work

Data you share with us as part of a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's written agreement, not by this policy.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
