What TheoSym does

We build AI agents that take repetitive work off a business: answering, booking, following up, and keeping orders and records moving. Each agent works from your own information and hands anything that needs judgment to a person.

For regulated teams, we make ChatGMP and DeepGMP, built on QGI, and LIMS AI. QGI is a separate, independent company that Sam also founded and leads.

Where the name comes from: in 2004 Sam co-authored a research paper at SBCCI on "TheoSim". The practice he founded in 2023 took its name from that early work.
