About this video

As we move further into the era of AI, one emerging challenge we must address is job pressure. I recently witnessed a friend, who is a CEO, implement a new AI tool in his organization. He approached his team with the directive: "Now that you have AI, you dont need three weeks to complete that taskfinish it in one week." While I understand his intention to boost productivity, the pressure he placed on his team was counterproductive. Pushing employees to meet unrealistic deadlines can lead to increased stress and burnout. In reality, the AI they were using may enhance their workflow but wont drastically cut down their task completion time from three weeks to one. Instead, the goal should be to use AI to make those three weeks more efficient, ultimately improving the quality of the output rather than hastily rushing through it. As we integrate more AI into our workplaces, lets remember the importance of maintaining a balanced approach that prioritizes employee well-being alongside productivity.
