Even with this AI Revolution, I still believe that AI will always require a human. This is the core thesis of my book and my life. But instead of having an assistant for an assistant, or a team of five or six people to handle tasks, you will have one super smart person managing an army of robots. The job description will change and instead of emphasizing creativity, employees will be encouraged to use ChatGPT. Humans and AI will work side by side, with humans needed for managing their team of robots in order to increase effectiveness and focus on creative problem solving.
