SCHOOLS ARE STUCK 1995 (AI REVOLUTION)

In my opinion, what schools need to change radically. Okay, it does not make sense at the age of AI to still use memorization and knowledgebased learning. We need to shift to amplifying our abilities as a human. And we have superpowers. We have intuition. We have empathy. We have the gut feeling, critical thinking, creativity. We don't see this in our education system. We see memorization. We see mathematical skills. And sorry all this we don't need in this century. That was skills we needed 200 years ago. Today you need to teach kids how to use this new tools the AI tools. But of course you need to teach them and to pass to them the fundamentals of being a human. Ethics responsibilities learning how to use their intuition correctly. In fact what we call educated guess is intuition plus education. Right So you need to teach them how to use it. And empathy is very important. Without it, we are not human. So we need to foster both technical skills, how to use AI, but also how to stay human. And very, very early, 3, four years old, kids can start type, but maybe they will have difficulty write with a pen. I saw it in the new generation.
