in fact the notion of having employees
is recent in human history if you go
back all people were independent
business owners or small business owners
even people who used to do basic work of
the land they never been employed this
is new this is like in the last 200 100
years practically with the Industrial
Revolution and with the rise of
capitalistic system when we can buy the
labor and of course that's also one
result of freeing slave unfortunately
it's a dark moment in history but after
that that we transformed this notion of
slavery into the modern slavery which is
somehow having labor that we pay for and
of course of course by definition this
payment is not fair because if you are
fair to your employees you don't make
money how you are going to make money if
you are fair you need to pay them less
