The meaning of a job is about to be redefined. We wont need people to perform routine tasks anymore. Those repetitive jobs will disappear, thanks to AI and automation. This shift will undoubtedly create a shock in our society. For over 100 years, weve been creating repetitive jobs, placing people in them, and asking them to suppress their creativityto stop being human and act like machines. But now, well need to reverse that mindset. Well need to encourage people to embrace their humanity again, to be creative, to think outside the box. Let the AI and robots handle the routine, mundane tasks. So, whats next for us as humans In my opinion, we need to focus on great projects, big ideasthings that AI simply cannot achieve on its own. Our role will be to solve the impossible problems, using AI as our tool and ally.
