our business we are embracing the term human AI augmentation which means AI will augment our ability will improve our intelligence it cannot make us not now not in the near future not even in the 10 or 15 years that's how possible doesn't has that capacity we still need employes we still need Manpower we need we still need human but still we can transform the way we have it we can transform the way we are empowering people this technology suddenly we don't need them to repeat the same task that we are Outsourcing for a chap or AI let just tell need then listen if today you are talking only with a chatbot on customer service you will not be a happy customer you will go mad you need some kinds of human but it's a good idea to have a chatbook to eliminate let say the obvious questions and to minimize the task on this human so in terms of collaboration between man and AI or human and AI this is the future the futures for AI documentation of human not for a place
